Training Services:

R & D Consulting provides a broad range of training personalized to your needs and operation. Training can be presented at your site or in a dedicated classroom if needed.

Currently, R & D Consulting is featuring a two-hour introductory class for users of Microsoft Windows© XP. The class is designed to be short and effective by presenting the essentials in a "show and tell" fashion, usually on your equipment in your work environment. This class provides users with basic skills in using the mouse, locating and copying files, and using many important Windows features. Also provided is a 25 page handout that can be used as a reference after the class. Call for pricing and scheduling information.

Need training on Microsoft's newest? We can also provide training on Windows Vista© and its many included features. The user interface is considerably different from previous versions of Windows and can require some "unlearning" and user redirection. Just call or e-mail for more information on what  we can provide.

R & D Consulting has taught classes in Windows, UNIX, Linux, Computer Principles, and several levels of beginning user classes for clients such as Southwestern Bell, Alcatel, Blockbuster, and the U.S. Treasury Department.
